NB: A Paypal account is not required, you can use your credit card through the paypal portal.
Domestic and International Postage are charged at a Flat Rate.
Buyers from outside Australia, Please note, if you require a traceable service, please contact us for rates prior to order placement.
All Domestic parcels are sent primarily Via Fastway Couriers (signature required) or if Fastway does not deliver to your area your parcel will be sent via Australia Post (Traceable service)
You can provide (in writing) your "Authority to Leave" the parcel on the premise in a specified location, however you do this at your own risk. We are also happy to deliver to Post Office Boxes and Business addresses.
All international orders are sent Via Australia Post Standard Air Mail. A Traceable service is available on request prior to order placement and will attract additional charges. If you require a different postage other than offered, for a quote prior to placing your order.
Please Note:- Orders for delivery overseas where applicable Customs Duties and Local Taxes may apply, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to incur such costs. Please do not assume that those charges are additional Postage Fees. To find out the charges that may apply, you will need to contact The Customs Authorities in your Country.
By placing your order with us, you are agreeing to this service and are subject to the terms and conditions of carriage.
1 Year Warranty
This Warranty covers any defect or fault on mechanical components (Excludes Blades and Screen for Shaver products) physical defects and imperfections.
This Warranty does not cover Damage arising from incorrect operation, dropping or damage due to improper use.
At Vshavers your satisfaction is important to us. However, because of the personal nature of our products an exchange service is not available. Please choose carefully before you buy. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You may choose between an exchange, credit or refund where goods are faulty (Major Fault), wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do. Refunds or exchanges will only be granted if the product is returned in original packaging with a copy of your original Tax Invoice to Vshavers within 30 Days of receiving your order and after the item has been inspected by our quality control team. If the problem is deemed to be due to a Manufacture Fault or defect, either an exchange or refund will be offered. In the case of Refund, the amount refunded will be the total LESS Postage.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if:
You have simply changed your mind on your purchase after dispatch as we provide detailed information about the products displayed.
If a returned item is deemed functional after inspection. Additional charges will apply to return the product to you - see Return Postage/Service fee details below.
If the Item has not been used in accordance with the Instructions of use or intended purpose. Additional charges will apply to return the product to you - see Return Postage/Service fee details below.

NB.Return Postage/Service fee of $30 AUD on Domestic and $40 on International Returns is payable before your product can be returned to you if there is no fault found or the item has not been used in accordance with the instructions of use or intended purpose. A refund of any form will not be offered.

Please do not return your product without contacting us first as numerous concerns can be resolved either over the phone or via email.
NB: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product with your concern so we can honor the warranty as quickly as possible. Vshavers do not pay return postage charges. Please retain a copy of the original Tax Invoice and your completed warranty card (if applicable) These will be needed if a warranty claim is necessary
